Havoc Aviation is an independent aviation education, coaching, simulation and career-preparation institute.
Havoc Aviation is not presently representing itself as a DGCA-approved Flying Training Organisation (FTO), Approved Training Organisation (ATO), or any other DGCA-approved/licensed organisation, unless specifically stated against a particular programme along with the applicable approval or authorization details.
Our programmes may include aviation theory and ground-school coaching, DGCA examination preparation, aviation career guidance, aeromodelling and RC flying education, flight-simulator training and familiarisation, airline selection preparation, simulator assessment preparation, and other aviation-related educational and skill-development activities.
Any reference on our website or promotional material to CPL, ATPL, DGCA examinations, RTR(A), Type Rating, Flight Training, Airline Cadet Programmes, aircraft types such as Airbus A320, Boeing B737 or ATR, or other professional aviation qualifications is intended to describe the relevant educational, preparatory, coaching or familiarisation programme offered by Havoc Aviation and should not, by itself, be interpreted as DGCA approval, authorization or certification.
Havoc Aviation does not issue a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), Type Rating, DGCA licence, rating, endorsement or any other statutory aviation licence or certification.
All licences, ratings, examinations, flying-hour requirements, medical requirements, skill tests and other regulatory requirements applicable to professional pilots are governed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India, and/or other competent authorities as applicable.
Where actual flight training, type-rating training, licence-creditable simulator training or any other regulated training is required, such training must be undertaken through an appropriately DGCA-approved/authorized organisation or facility, wherever such approval is required under applicable regulations.
Simulator sessions conducted on recreational, educational or non-approved training devices at Havoc Aviation are intended for learning, familiarisation, procedural understanding, practice and experience only and shall not be represented as DGCA-creditable flight or simulator hours unless the particular device, programme and organisation have received the necessary regulatory approval.
Havoc Aviation may provide coaching and preparation for subjects relevant to DGCA examinations. However, admission to our coaching programme does not constitute registration with DGCA and does not guarantee eligibility, examination success, issuance of a licence, employment with an airline or completion of any regulatory requirement.
Students are responsible for satisfying the prevailing eligibility, medical, examination, flying experience and licensing requirements prescribed by DGCA and other competent authorities.
Our objective is to provide a strong educational foundation and practical exposure to aviation - from aeromodelling and RC flying to professional flight simulation, aviation ground subjects and career preparation - while maintaining a clear distinction between educational/coaching services and regulated aviation training.
Havoc Aviation will comply with applicable DGCA and Government of India requirements and will obtain the necessary approvals/authorizations before offering any programme for which such regulatory approval is mandatory.
Regulatory requirements, examination procedures and approval categories may change from time to time. Students and parents should independently verify the latest applicable requirements directly with DGCA or the relevant competent authority before making decisions concerning licensing, approved flight training, examinations, medical certification, type ratings or other regulated aviation activities.
